Pricing and preparation: To kick things off, we will meet and talk more about your goals, timeline and thoughts about your home. While we can't dictate what the market says, the way a home is priced and prepared are pretty good indicators of how the sale will flow! I provide a comprehensive pricing guide, step by step checklist to get your home ready and a detailed timeline for what to expect.
Marketing: With an extensive professional background in digital, print and event marketing, your home is in excellent hands when I'm on board. We'll begin with professional photos and video, and use those elements to create compelling online and offline materials that draw in the perfect buyer in a snap.
Transaction management: Many people think that finding a buyer is the hard part of selling a home, but in reality there are about 40 steps after that which need time and attention. As a full-time, dedicated Broker I serve as your transaction manager, communication liaison, vendor contact, master negotiator and anything else that's needed along the way. This ensures that you're kept abreast of big things, but the little things go smoothly along behind the scenes!
